1、門(mén)靜脈高壓癥大鼠阻斷門(mén)靜脈和下腔靜脈后腎臟損傷的研究作者：吳鳳東竇劍趙鑫任貴軍邸恩昌【摘要】目的：探討門(mén)靜脈高壓癥大鼠阻斷門(mén)靜脈和下腔靜脈1h后腎臟損傷的情況。方法：Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、門(mén)脈高壓癥對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組先建立可復(fù)性門(mén)靜脈高壓癥大鼠模型，3周后按阻斷下腔靜脈和肝門(mén)1h后不同的再灌注時(shí)間0h、6h、12h、24h、48h、72h和7d分為7組。于相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)查血清ALT、BIL、BUN、Cr水平，腎臟和肝臟組織光鏡以及腎臟組織透射電鏡檢查。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組大鼠血BUN、Cr再灌注后6h開(kāi)始升高，12~24h達(dá)高
