1、探討封閉負(fù)壓引流治療骨科創(chuàng)傷感染臨床效果哈爾濱骨傷科醫(yī)院150001摘要：目的研究分析封閉負(fù)壓引流治療骨科創(chuàng)傷感染的臨床效果。方法此次研宄的對(duì)象是選擇2012年4月一2013年5月該院收治的72例骨科外傷感染患者，將其臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，并隨機(jī)分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，每組36例，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者采取封閉負(fù)壓引流的治療方式治療骨科創(chuàng)傷感染，對(duì)照組患者采取常規(guī)的治療方式治療骨科創(chuàng)傷感染，最終分析兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的治療效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者，在住院天數(shù)方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的住院天數(shù)為(19.55±6.53
2、)d,對(duì)照組患者的住院天數(shù)為(31.53±8.52)d;在換藥次數(shù)方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的換藥次數(shù)為(1.51&plUSmn;0.52)次，對(duì)照組患者的換藥次數(shù)為(9.52&plUSmn;2.54)次；在住院費(fèi)用方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的住院費(fèi)用為(5211.00±30.53)元，對(duì)照組患者的住院費(fèi)用為(5751.00±45.51)元，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論封閉負(fù)壓引流治療骨科創(chuàng)傷感染的臨床效果顯著，值得在臨床實(shí)踐中大力推廣和實(shí)踐。關(guān)鍵詞：封閉負(fù)壓引流；骨科；創(chuàng)傷感染
