2、據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)相關(guān)勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)，甲、乙雙方在平等自愿協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上簽訂本補(bǔ)充合同作為雙方勞動(dòng)合同的附件，共同遵照?qǐng)?zhí)行。Article1-JobPositionandDuties第一條工作崗位和工作內(nèi)容1.PartyBagreestotakethepositionas_,accordingtoPartyA’sneeds.PartyBshallfulfillhis/herresponsibilitiesandreachthetargetssetforthbyPartyAandacceptPartyA’sassessmen
3、t.1．乙方同意根據(jù)甲方工作需要擔(dān)任____（職務(wù)）。乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真履行自己的工作職責(zé)，按甲方的要求完成任務(wù)，接受甲方的考核。2.PartyBmustabidebyPartyA’srules,regulationsanddisciplinaryrules,whicharemadeaccordingtothelaw,followPartyA’sinstructionmanagementandworkassignment;andfulfillresponsibilities.2．乙方嚴(yán)格遵守甲方依法制訂的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，服從分配
4、和管理，并履行本崗位職責(zé)。3.ThisContractworkingplaceis.3．本合同的履行地點(diǎn)為甲方本部。4.Duringtheprobationperiod,PartyBmayberegardedasnothavingsatisfiedtheemploymentconditionsifPartyBdoesnotperformhis/herdutiesordoesnotmeettherequirementofhis/herdutiesordoesnotmeettheassessmentstandards.Ifd
5、uringthecontractterm,PartyBisregardedasincompetentforthepositionPartyAhastherighttoadjustPartyB’spositionortotrainPartyB.4．乙方未履行工作職責(zé)或履行職責(zé)不符合要求或經(jīng)考核后乙方未達(dá)到考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，在試用期內(nèi)視為乙方不符合錄用條件，甲方可直接解除勞動(dòng)合同。在試用期之外的合同期內(nèi)，視為乙方不勝任本合同所約定的崗位工作，甲方可調(diào)整乙方的工作崗位或?qū)σ曳竭M(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。5.PartyAshallgivePartyBw
6、rittennoticeifPartyAwantstoadjustPartyB’sposition.PartyBshallbegintoworkinthenewpositionaccordingtothetermssetforthinthewrittennotice.Otherwise,PartyBshallberegardedasinasituationofabsenteeism.PartyB’ssalaryshallbealsoadjustedaccordingtothenewposition.5．甲方調(diào)整乙方的工作
7、崗位應(yīng)以書(shū)面形式通知乙方。乙方在接到甲方的崗位調(diào)整書(shū)面通知后，應(yīng)當(dāng)按通知書(shū)所規(guī)定的日期到新的崗位工作，否則視為曠工。乙方的工資待遇按照被調(diào)整后的工作崗位執(zhí)行。Article2-Term第二條合同期限1.TheContracttermis__years,startingfrom__2010till____,thefirst__monthsof1．本合同期限為_(kāi)__年，自2010年____月___日起生效，至_年_月___日終止，其合同范本whichshallbetheprobationperiod.中前__個(gè)月為試用期。2
