4、于治療骨質疏松導致的椎體壓縮性骨折,(osteoporoticvertebralcompressionfracture,簡稱OVCF)臨床上非手術治療的方法有很多種,但是這些保守治療的方法適用于低水平疼痛的OVCF患者,而且對于大多數(shù)患者在進行其它治療之前都應該嘗試采用的治療方法。Galibert最早在1987年提出經皮椎體成形術(PercutaneousVertebroplasty,簡稱PVP),隨后Duquesnal將其應用于OVCF的微創(chuàng)治療,效果明顯,通常被認為適合于那些對保守治療沒有反應的高水平疼痛患者,隨著PVP在臨床工作中的廣泛應用,其并發(fā)癥也逐漸被人們所重視。骨水泥滲漏作為最
