1、摘要在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的背景下,知識(shí)員工越來越受到企業(yè)的關(guān)注和重視。對(duì)知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)也因此成為人力資源管理工作的難題之一。木文以國有企業(yè)為研究背景,從心理契約入手對(duì)前人的激勵(lì)理論進(jìn)行梳理。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,對(duì)調(diào)查的國有企業(yè)知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)模式進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有激勵(lì)模式的問題,然后基于其知識(shí)型員工心理契約的結(jié)構(gòu)和激勵(lì)因素提出新模型,繼而總結(jié)出知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)措施。木文的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,木文闡述了論文研究的背景及意義,梳理國內(nèi)外有關(guān)心理契約理論和知識(shí)型員工激勵(lì)的研究,概述
2、知識(shí)型員工、心理契約和傳統(tǒng)激勵(lì)理論,探討了知識(shí)型員工激勵(lì)和心理契約的關(guān)系,說明了論文研究思路及方法。其次,通過對(duì)國有企業(yè)知識(shí)型員工的實(shí)證分析及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),概括出國有企業(yè)知識(shí)型員工心理契約的結(jié)構(gòu)、激勵(lì)因素以及現(xiàn)有激勵(lì)存在的問題。最后,在第二部分實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立激勵(lì)模型,從交易維度、發(fā)展維度、關(guān)系維度三個(gè)維度提出知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)策略。關(guān)鍵詞:知識(shí)型員工;心理契約;激勵(lì)機(jī)制AbstractInthetimeofknowledgeeconomy,theknowledgeworkerreceivesmoreandmoreatt
