3、criptionwithconventionalWesternmedicinetherapyfor60patientsofchronicobstructivepulmonarydiseasewithphlegmobstructinglungsyndrome,toexploretheestablishmentofevaluationmethodoftraditionalChinesemedicineclinicaleffectinthemodeofthediseasecombiningsyndrome,andtoprovideaba
4、sisforrevisingandimprovingtheevaluationoftraditionalChinesemedicine’sstandardsandsystem.Methods:Sixtycaseswithturbidphlegmobstructinglungsyndromeduetochronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,werefromJuly2007toJuly2008inHenanCollegeofTraditionalChineseMedicineFirstAffiliated
5、HospitalofHenanProvincePeople'sHospitalandDepartmentofRespiratoryMedicinepatients60patientswererandomlyallocatedintotwogroups,treatmentgroup(30cases)andcontrolgroup(30cases).TheformergroupwastreatedwithconventionalWesternmedicinetherapy,suchasthemethodofcontrolledoxyg
6、en,activeanti-inflammatory,antispasmodicagents,mechanicalventilation,correctingelectrolyteimbalanceandacid-baseimbalance,andnutritionalsupport.AndthelattergroupwastreatedwiththetherapyofEliminatingDampnessandPhlegmPrescription,andconventionalWesternmethod.Sevendaysfor
