5、ng,MRI)發(fā)展起來的一種研究活體組織代謝與生化指標(biāo)的無創(chuàng)性技術(shù)。腦膠質(zhì)瘤是最常見的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)腫瘤,手術(shù)仍是目前臨床首要治療措施,在保存腦功能的前提下,最大范圍切除腫瘤一直是神經(jīng)外科的基本原則。在膠質(zhì)瘤周圍存在一個(gè)腫瘤浸潤(rùn)區(qū)域,這一區(qū)域術(shù)前很難被評(píng)估,術(shù)中不易被徹底切除,術(shù)后容易復(fù)發(fā)[1]。由于代謝異常通常早于形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,MRS可以檢changesandcompoundsquantitativeanalysismethod,anditsspecificityisstrong,especiallyingliomabraintumorsiswidelyap
