1、護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)腫瘤患者疼痛管理的臨床效果岳陽(yáng)市一人民醫(yī)院湖南岳陽(yáng)414000【摘要】目的探討綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)腫瘤患者疼痛管理的實(shí)施效果。方法選擇2014年12月至2015年12月70例癌癥疼痛患納入研究對(duì)象，按照患者入院治療的先后時(shí)間進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組。對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上由疼痛管理小組進(jìn)行綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)。干預(yù)前、后均使用疼痛評(píng)估量表、生活質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行疼痛評(píng)估和牛活質(zhì)量測(cè)定。結(jié)果觀察組與對(duì)照組干預(yù)前疼痛情況比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)義(,P>；0.05)；觀察組與對(duì)照組干預(yù)后疼痛況比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)；觀察
