2、corporation，andanyotherCo-BuyerorParticipantasspecifiedintheAgreementstoextendand/ortocontinuetoextendfinancialaccommodationstotheSellerspecifiedbelow，orpursuanttoanyotherpresentorfutureagreementbetweenBuyerandSeller，andinconsiderationthereof，andinconsiderationofanyloans，advances，
