4、htheperspectiveoftraditionalculture,democraticpolitics,thenationalinvestment.thispaperpropositionsthattheruralsocialgovernanceissuchaprocessofcomprehensivetreatmentprocesscoveringeconomicandpolitical,socialfield,whichisimpossibletoachievecompletecontrolwithouttheirjointefforts.Inaddition,therurals
5、ocialgovernanceshouldhaveacertainorder,whichprefertheeconomicfieldandfollowthepoliticalandsocialfield.Thispaperputsforwardthatmustbemarketeddesignintheruraleconomicsystem,implementthepublicservice’sdesignintheruralpoliticalsystemanddesigngovernanceinaccordancewiththelawonruralsocialsystem.Intherur
