2、ricespikeletrotdisease,RSRD)是由多種病原菌引起的復(fù)合性病害,近年來(lái)上升成為影響水稻產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的一種重要穗部病害。對(duì)安徽省穗腐病危害分布進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采集病樣分離病原物并進(jìn)行形態(tài)學(xué)和分子鑒定,研究了其生物學(xué)特性。結(jié)果表明,引起水稻穗腐病的病原菌主要有4種,分別為層出鐮刀菌(Fusariumproliferates)、新月彎孢菌(Cartularieslunatics)、稻黑孢菌(Nigrosporaoryzae)和細(xì)交鏈格孢菌(Alternariatenuis),其致死溫度分別為60、59、59和60℃(10min);菌絲生長(zhǎng)溫度均為10~35℃(最適20~30℃
