1、上海大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要用銅模吸鑄法制備出Z。65.。AJloNiloCul5Be。(X=0,3,6,9,12.5,16)系大塊金屬玻璃:用XRD、HRTEM、DSC、DTA和XPS等方法研究了其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、熱穩(wěn)定性和電子結(jié)構(gòu),并通過(guò)Miedema模型和原子鍵參數(shù)分析了其玻璃形成能力。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),小原子Be部分取代組元Zr,大塊非晶合金的成分從偏共晶成分逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣簿С煞郑笥制x共晶成分;與此相辯應(yīng),大塊金屬玻璃的熱穩(wěn)定性先增加,隨后降低;適當(dāng)?shù)腂e含量能夠拓寬過(guò)冷液相區(qū)的寬度,甚至超過(guò)140K(x=12.
2、5);較高的熱穩(wěn)定性和較寬的過(guò)冷液相區(qū)寬度,使得大塊金屬玻璃的成型加工性相應(yīng)地提高。在過(guò)冷液相區(qū)的不同溫度區(qū)間,以不同的軋制率和軋制道次,對(duì)大塊金屬玻璃Zr412Til38Cul25NijoBe225、Zr65AlloNiloCUl5和Zr525AlloNiloCulsBel25進(jìn)行軋制,研究了大變形量對(duì)金屬玻璃的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、熱穩(wěn)定性、表面形貌、機(jī)械性能和電學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在過(guò)冷液相區(qū)內(nèi)對(duì)金屬玻璃進(jìn)行軋制是可行的;當(dāng)軋制率超過(guò)~定值時(shí),大塊金屬玻璃的微結(jié)構(gòu)將發(fā)生變化,降低了其熱穩(wěn)定性,增加了其顯微硬度
