1、提要目的:對皮膚腫瘤進行中醫(yī)文獻復習,并通過檢測人皮膚鱗癌A431細胞用納米雄黃處理后細胞增殖抑制及血管生長調控因子表達情況,探討納米雄黃抑制血管生長抗腫瘤的作用機理。方法:查詢并復習中醫(yī)文獻資料,對皮膚鱗癌A431細胞進行體外培養(yǎng),按實驗分組加藥后觀察其形態(tài)及生長狀況變化,并分別用MTT法、免疫組織化學法和RT-PCR法檢測加藥后細胞增殖抑制、色素上皮源性因子(PEDF)和VEGFmRNA表達情況,探討納米雄黃抑制皮膚鱗癌新生血管生成的作用機理。結果:納米雄黃可以抑制人皮膚鱗癌A431細胞增殖,且與順鉑聯合應用有協同作用,并發(fā)現納米雄黃抑制A431細胞增殖的作用與上調PEDF的表
