1、提要目的:觀察益氣養(yǎng)陰清肝方在治療中醫(yī)辨證屬于陰虛陽亢型Graves病的臨床療效，比較中藥與西藥在消除甲狀腺腫大療效上的差異，以及對患者實(shí)驗(yàn)室相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響，為臨床使用提供理論依據(jù)。方法:采用隨機(jī)、對照的方法,將60例陰虛陽亢型Graves病患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組，各30例。所有受試者在接受治療時(shí)均進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)治療，治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用中藥益氣養(yǎng)陰清肝方進(jìn)行治療，對照組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用他巴唑進(jìn)行治療。觀察時(shí)間為8周，主要觀察指標(biāo)：臨床癥狀、心率、體重、基礎(chǔ)代謝率、甲狀腺腫、突眼度、甲功、肝功、血常規(guī)等。結(jié)果：治療組治療后臨床癥狀積分、心率、體重、
