1、摘要電阻點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)是一種高效率、低成本的質(zhì)量保障措施。然而,目前的監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)主要是根據(jù)點(diǎn)焊過(guò)程參數(shù)的某一特征量與質(zhì)量參數(shù)之間的線性回歸模型提供的信息來(lái)間接的監(jiān)測(cè)焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量。由于實(shí)際點(diǎn)焊過(guò)程的復(fù)雜程度使這神模型與實(shí)際情況相離較遠(yuǎn),只能在特定的條件內(nèi)提供點(diǎn)焊的質(zhì)量信息,致使這種監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)存在監(jiān)測(cè)效果不夠穩(wěn)定、適用范圍窄等問(wèn)題。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,就需要充分利用監(jiān)測(cè)信息,詳細(xì)研究監(jiān)測(cè)信息與質(zhì)量參數(shù)之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,使建立的模型能夠在較寬的條件內(nèi)提供準(zhǔn)確、可靠的點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量信息。鋁合金點(diǎn)焊在汽車工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越普遍,為了解決鋁臺(tái)金點(diǎn)焊的
2、質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)問(wèn)題,本文開發(fā)了基于多信息融合的鋁合金直流點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用VisualC++與MATLAB相結(jié)合作為系統(tǒng)編程語(yǔ)言;利用研制的檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)點(diǎn)焊過(guò)程中電流信號(hào)、電壓信號(hào)、位移信號(hào)和聲音信號(hào)等反映點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量的物理薰進(jìn)行同步數(shù)據(jù)采集,并將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理模塊提取特征值之后送入融合中心,用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法進(jìn)行多信息融合后,得出熔核的面積,并根據(jù)面積值來(lái)判斷焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量是否合格,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠正確的采集焊接過(guò)程中的焊接電流、焊接電壓、電極位移及聲音等信號(hào);采用合理的信號(hào)處理方法,將各信號(hào)的特征值進(jìn)行多信
