2、hodsinconjunctionwithsuitableprobesareperferableapproachesforthemeasurementoftheseanalytesbecausefluorimetryisrapidlyperformed,nondestructive,highlysensitive,sutiableforhigh—throughputscreeningapplications,andCanaffordrealinformationonthelocalizationandquantityofthetargetsofinterest
3、.Asafluorophoreandchromophoreprobe,therhodaminefluorochromehasattractedconsiderableinterstfromchemistsonaccountofitsexcellentphotophysicalpropertiessuchaslongabsorption.a(chǎn)ndemissionwavelength,highmolarextinctioncoefficientandhighfluorescentquantumyieldandSOon.Thefollowingarethemainco
4、ntentofthisdissertation.Inthepartofreview,severalrelatedissuesoffluorescencewereintroduced,includingthebasicconceptoffluorescence,speciesoffluorophores,thedetectionmechanismanditsdevelopmentoffluorescentprobe.Severalfluorescentprobebasedonrhodamine—lactam【weredesignedandsynthesized,
5、andtheirsturetureswereconfirmedby1HNMRand”CNMR,aswellasstudieditsfluorescenceandUVspectrum.Thecompound2-1couldusedasanake—eyefluorescentprobe,whichcoulddetectFe3+inCH3CN,showingthestrongemissionat580nm.BasedonB-Hplotthe1:1bindingmodewasproposed,andthedetectionlimitwasmeasuredtobe5.1

7、selectivityforH2P04‘inthepresenceofmanyotheranionsinaCH3CN/H20(5/5,v/v),andthedetectionlimitwas4.32x10-6mol/L(S/N≥3).Meanwhilecompound2-4wasalsoappliedtoapH(2.6~4,5)fluorescentsensorinCHaCN-Na3C6Hs07(O.1tool/L;5/5,v/v)buffersolution.Near-infareddye3—1and3-2weredevelopedwithlargestok
