1、英文摘要Salter骨盆截骨和股骨內(nèi)翻截骨治療Perthes病的比較研究AstudyofcomparisonoftheresultsfromtheSalterinnominateosteotomyandthefemoralvarusosteotomyforthetreatmentofPerthes’diseaseAbstractObjective:TostudywhichisabettermethodforPerthes’disease,wecollectseveralpatientstreatedbythefemoralvarusosteot
2、omyorSalterosteotomyinourhospitalrecentyears.Method:Wereviewedtherecordsof29patientswithPerthes’diseaseinourhospitalbetween2004and2012.SeventeenpatientswithunilateralinvolvementtreatedbytheSalterinnominateosteotomyandtwelvepatientstreatedbythefemoralvarusosteotomywereinclude
3、dinthestudy,andtheclinicalandradiographicresultsofthesetwosurgicalprocedureswerecompared.Results:Afterfollowingupfor3~9years,therewerenosignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups.BasedontheclassificationofStulbergetal,11patients(65%)intheSalterinnominateosteotomygrouphadagood
4、result,andinthefemoralvarusosteotomygroup,7patients(58%)hadagoodresult.TherewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthegroupsaccordingtotheclassificationofStulbergetal.Thefemoralneck-shaftangleandarticulotrochantericdistancewereclosertonormalsideintheSalterinnominateosteotomygroupt
5、haninthefemoralvarusosteotomygroup.Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthepercentageofacetabularcoverassessment.Conclusion:TherewasnosignificantdifferenceintheclinicalandradiographicresultsoftheSalterinnominateosteotomyandthefemoralvarusosteotomyforthetreatmentofpatientswithPer
6、thes’disease,includingthesphericityofthefemoralheadandcongruityofthehipbetweenthetwogroups.However,theneck-shaftangleandthearticulartrochantericdistancewereclosertonormalintheSalterinnominateosteotomygroup.wethinkthattheSalterinnominateosteotomyisthebettertreatmentforpatient
