1、摘要瀝青路面車(chē)轍是高速公路最主要的破壞現(xiàn)象,本文在深入調(diào)查國(guó)內(nèi)外解決此類(lèi)問(wèn)題方法的基礎(chǔ)上,選用抗車(chē)轍劑作為外加劑,研究抗車(chē)轍劑改性瀝青混合料的路用性能與改性機(jī)理。本文從抗車(chē)轍劑對(duì)瀝青混合料路用性能的影響與改善出發(fā),通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究證明抗車(chē)轍劑是一種能夠全面改善瀝青混合料路用性能的優(yōu)良外加劑,其特點(diǎn)是在顯著提高瀝青混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性的同時(shí),對(duì)其他路用性能如水穩(wěn)定性、低溫性能和耐久性等也表現(xiàn)出良好的改善效果。同時(shí)從抗車(chē)轍劑對(duì)SMA路用性能的影響與改善入手,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究證明抗車(chē)轍劑能夠有效的提高SMA瀝青混合料的路用性能,對(duì)于促進(jìn)抗車(chē)轍劑改性
2、SMA瀝青混合料的研究、發(fā)展和應(yīng)用起到了積極作用。通過(guò)試驗(yàn),研究分析了抗車(chē)轍劑的作用機(jī)理,提出了抗車(chē)轍劑分別對(duì)瀝青混合料中瀝青和礦料雙重改善的概念,并通過(guò)計(jì)算確定兩種抗車(chē)轍劑各自的雙重改善比例;采用數(shù)學(xué)擬合的方法,計(jì)算得到抗車(chē)轍劑理論最佳用量區(qū)間;并提出采用70"(2的高溫車(chē)轍試驗(yàn),作為抗車(chē)轍劑材料應(yīng)用時(shí)的技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求。關(guān)鍵詞:瀝青混合料;抗車(chē)轍劑;路用性能;雙重改善AbstractTheruttingofasphaltpavementhasbecomethemajordestroyphenomenon,onthebaseofth
