7、泛使用,該類除草劑具有一定的“三致”作用,如莠去津具有干擾內(nèi)分泌等活性,已引起廣泛重視。廣西作為中國最大的甘蔗及食糖生產(chǎn)基地,蔗農(nóng)在甘蔗種植中經(jīng)常使用莠去津、乙草胺、莠滅凈等除草劑。由于它們具有較高的殘留毒性,因此,世界許多國家均對其在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中的殘留制定了嚴(yán)格的限量,最高殘留限量(MRL)在0.02~0.10mg·kg-1之間,目前,對這類除草劑的殘留量的分析方法主要有氣相色譜法[1]、氣相色譜–質(zhì)譜法(GC-MS)[2-4]、液相
