1、中華超聲影像學(xué)雜志2010年5月第19卷第5期ChinJ!0g!!!!!!!．·427·．臨床研究．產(chǎn)前超聲診斷胎兒膽道囊性病變的價值張一休孟華歐陽云淑姜玉新戴晴徐鐘慧楊萌袁巖李鵬樓海亞楊筱【摘要】目的探討產(chǎn)前超聲對胎JI,,N道囊性病變的診斷價值。方法回顧性分析孕期于我院產(chǎn)前超聲檢出的3例膽道囊性病變，并隨訪至生后手術(shù)。結(jié)果3例胎兒分別于孕16周、孕26周、孕34周檢出右上腹囊性包塊，診斷為膽道囊性病變。生后手術(shù)確診2例為膽總管囊腫，1例為膽道閉鎖。2例膽總管囊腫最大徑分別為3．9cm及4．2CN且隨孕周逐漸增大，
2、膽囊清晰顯示。1例膽道閉鎖囊腫最大徑1．7cm且整個孕期無明顯變化，膽囊不顯示或偶爾顯示時體積小。3例患兒均在生后4個月內(nèi)行肝管空腸Roux-enY吻合術(shù)，術(shù)后恢復(fù)良好。結(jié)論囊腫的體積及其變化、膽囊形態(tài)可以幫助鑒別胎兒膽道囊性病變。囊腫體積小且無增大伴膽囊不顯示或膽囊體積小提示膽道閉鎖。產(chǎn)前超聲診斷可使患兒得到早期手術(shù)治療，改善預(yù)后?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】超聲檢查，產(chǎn)前；膽總管囊腫；膽道閉鎖ValueofprenataluItrasOn0graphyindiagnosisoffetalbiliarycysticmalformat
