1、西安建筑科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于演化博弈理論的綠色施工激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究專業(yè)：工程經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理碩士生：肖偉巍指導(dǎo)老師：陸秋虹高級(jí)工程師摘要綠色施工作為可持續(xù)發(fā)展在建筑業(yè)中的主要應(yīng)用，具有可以有效降低資源消耗，減少環(huán)境污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。然而，我國(guó)的綠色施工雖然經(jīng)歷了十多年的發(fā)展，卻沒(méi)有得到廣泛實(shí)施，其推廣一直面臨著諸多障礙，本文旨在找出阻礙綠色施工推廣的影響因素，通過(guò)因素分析和博弈模型的建立，最終構(gòu)建綠色施工激勵(lì)機(jī)制的框架，并提出推動(dòng)綠色施工的對(duì)策建議。論文首先從綠色施工的發(fā)展階段和綠色施工示范工程的評(píng)選情況兩個(gè)方面，對(duì)我國(guó)綠色施工的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理總結(jié)，
2、并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)整理出了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)綠色施工發(fā)展中面臨的主要問(wèn)題；其次，根據(jù)這些問(wèn)題建立了綠色施工推廣的影響因素指標(biāo)體系，基于該指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)一些大型施工企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研，將回收的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用主成分分析法，提取出了影響程度大的關(guān)鍵因素；之后，在分析了綠色施工相關(guān)利益方的行為作用后，針對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素，建立了“政府-施工企業(yè)-建設(shè)單位”為系統(tǒng)的三方演化博弈模型，分析出該系統(tǒng)的演化穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)和朝著理想穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)演化的條件，并運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證；最后，根據(jù)博弈模型的結(jié)論，構(gòu)建了綠色施工的激勵(lì)機(jī)制框架并提出了推動(dòng)綠色施工發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。論文成果為解決目前
