4、-31162061,E-mail:amdeng70@163.com[摘要]目的研究SDS-NaOH溶液對尿液中的革蘭陽性和革蘭陰性細(xì)菌的鑒別能力。方法用SDS-NaOH溶液處理79份尿液標(biāo)本5min,以UF-1000i尿液分析儀檢測處理前后的尿液中的細(xì)菌計數(shù)水平,并計算細(xì)菌比值(BR)。以受試者工作特征曲線(ROC)分析BR對革蘭陽性和革蘭陰性細(xì)菌的鑒別能力。結(jié)果革蘭陰性細(xì)菌的BR較革蘭陽性細(xì)菌降低(P<0.01)。BR鑒別革蘭陽性和革蘭陰性細(xì)菌的曲線下面積為0.70(95%可信區(qū)間:0.57~0.82)。當(dāng)BR取值
