2、定性變化不大。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)低粘度SSOS微膠囊包埋檸檬油的百分率在57.4%至87.6%(w/w)之間,并取決于SSOS的葡萄糖值。在壁材與芯材的質(zhì)量比大于3比2,葡萄糖值為12.8時,微膠囊包埋的產(chǎn)率和效率達到最高值。微膠囊在40℃下放置貯存3周后,其微膠囊化效率僅降低3%。通過掃描電鏡觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)微膠囊為球形的未粘。連的顆粒,有些顆粒的表面并不平整。研究結(jié)果表明一定葡萄糖值的低粘度SSOS作為微膠囊壁材具有很好的包埋效果。關(guān)鍵詞:淀粉酯;低粘度辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉鈉(ssos);壁材;包埋;檸檬油中圖分類號:R93;TS236文獻標識碼:AL
