2、x射線衍射、N2物理吸附、電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜、透射電子顯微鏡、H2程序升溫還原和x射線光電子能譜等對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了表征結(jié)果表明,固相球磨法制備的V2O5/NiO催化劑表現(xiàn)出較好的丙烷氧化脫氫制丙烯催化性能,當(dāng)以400。C焙燒的氧化物為前驅(qū)體時(shí),V2O5/NiO催化劑表面含有較多的未完全還原氧物種O因而表現(xiàn)出了較高的丙烯選擇性.在475。C反應(yīng)時(shí),丙烷轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)20.1%,丙烯選擇性達(dá)到71.2%.關(guān)鍵詞:球磨:五氧化釩;氧化鎳;丙烷;氧化脫氫中圖分類號(hào):0643文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:APreparationofV2Os/NiOCatalystsbySolidPhas

7、00oC.Keywords:ballmilling;vanadiumpentoxide;nickelmonoxide;propane;oxidativedehydrogenationNiO是良好的低溫低碳烷烴氧化脫氫制烯烴催關(guān)[5,6].迄今,所研究的V2O5/NiO催化劑大多采用化劑llq】.釩的加入能顯著提高NiO催化劑上丙烷浸漬法制備,通過改變Ni/V比和焙燒溫度并選擇適氧化脫氫生成丙烯的活性和選擇性,該Ni.v—O催化宜的反應(yīng)條件可進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化其催化性能f51.球磨法劑體系的原位電導(dǎo)分析表明[41,P型半導(dǎo)體氧化物較在制備非晶、準(zhǔn)晶和納米晶金屬與合金方面已顯
