2、糧(對(duì)照組)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+100mg·k91低聚木糖(1組)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+150mg·kg一1低聚木糖(2組)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+200mg·kg“低聚木糖(3組),探討不同處理對(duì)生長豬免疫功能和血液生化指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比。試驗(yàn)l~3組血液單核細(xì)胞數(shù)分別增加10.7%、37.5%、1.8%;試驗(yàn)組血小板數(shù)有提高趨勢,且2組顯著高于對(duì)照組;試驗(yàn)組血清堿性磷酸酶活性比對(duì)照組分別提高31.1%、17.2%、33.3%;試驗(yàn)組血清溶菌酶活性也有提高趨勢(P>0.05);試驗(yàn)組血清谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性和葡萄糖含量均高于對(duì)照組,但差異不顯著;
