1、摘要摘要高速線材軋機(jī)精軋機(jī)組的孔型設(shè)計(jì)是線材生產(chǎn)中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),也一直是設(shè)計(jì)人員面臨的難題。精軋機(jī)組的孔型不僅要保證軋件的合理變形,還須滿足通過(guò)各機(jī)架的金屬秒體積流量相等和集體傳動(dòng)的主電機(jī)對(duì)軋制速度方面的限制。此外,精軋機(jī)組的孔型還應(yīng)滿足高線成品規(guī)格系列化的要求。因此,孔型設(shè)計(jì)所涉及的參數(shù)多、計(jì)算量大,傳統(tǒng)的以經(jīng)驗(yàn)為依據(jù),以試錯(cuò)為基本方法的手工設(shè)計(jì)己經(jīng)不能滿足高速線材生產(chǎn)的需要。計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展給孔型設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展提供了新的可能,即把CAD技術(shù)引入設(shè)計(jì)。計(jì)算機(jī)輔助孔型設(shè)計(jì)(ComputerAidRoll-passDesign)由于具有設(shè)計(jì)速度快、精度高、可優(yōu)化等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),取代傳統(tǒng)的
2、孔型設(shè)計(jì)方法已成為必然趨勢(shì)。本文開(kāi)發(fā)了一套適用于高速線材軋機(jī)精軋機(jī)組孔型設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),用以減少線材生產(chǎn)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)和試錯(cuò)損耗。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則是軋制各道次的金屬秒體積流量相等,系統(tǒng)的主要功能是通過(guò)控制各道次的連軋常數(shù)來(lái)確定多L件每個(gè)道次軋后斷面尺寸從而設(shè)計(jì)出合理的孔型并對(duì)孔型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化計(jì)算試本系統(tǒng)基于精軋機(jī)組的軋制特點(diǎn)選擇可靠的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式對(duì)軋制力、軋制力矩等重要參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并且建立了軋制溫度模型。本系統(tǒng)己成功應(yīng)用于唐山新區(qū)冀東軋鋼廠的摩根450高速線材軋機(jī)精軋機(jī)組的孔型設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)用、可靠、操作方便、設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果符合生產(chǎn)的要求,值得推廣丫關(guān)鍵詞孔型設(shè)計(jì);CARD;高速線材軋機(jī)楠
