2、臨床腭裂形成骨缺損裂隙,實驗組同時放置牽引裝置,并形成骨運送盤,8周后觀察裂隙關(guān)閉情況及軟、硬組織形態(tài),了解模型建立后牽引成骨的可行性。結(jié)果實驗組犬經(jīng)安置牽引裝置后可關(guān)閉硬腭處骨裂隙,牽引裝置固定穩(wěn)固,X線顯示骨運送盤可牽移,骨缺損區(qū)裂隙閉合,全身狀況良好。對照組犬8周后,腭裂隙仍存在,大小形狀與手術(shù)時無差別。結(jié)論通過手術(shù)方式建立的腭裂動物模型,可用于牽引成骨技術(shù)矯治腭裂骨缺損,具有一定的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:牽引成骨;腭裂;動物模型;骨缺損中圖分類號:R782.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:167128259(2006)0520510203Distr

5、talosteoectomyandDOprocedure.Theothertwodogsreceivedpalateosteoectomyonlyastheexperimentalcontrol.Thecleftofthecontrolswasmeasuredandcomparedwiththedatawhenthedogswerekilledinweek8.ThestateofthecleftandthestabilityoftheDOapparatuswerealsoobservedintheexperimentalgroup.Resul
