1、594實(shí)用放射學(xué)雜志2007年5月第23卷第5期JPractRadio,lMay2007,Vo.l23,No.5顳骨氣化與頸靜脈球高位關(guān)系的CT分析周建收,宦怡,牛娟琴,張勁松,魏夢(mèng)琦,鄭敏文(第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)西京醫(yī)院放射科,陜西西安710032)摘要:目的探討乳突及巖尖氣化與頸靜脈球高位間的相關(guān)性。方法回顧性分析477例(954側(cè))顳骨CT片,統(tǒng)計(jì)乳突和巖尖的氣化分型及各型頸靜脈球高位的發(fā)生率,并對(duì)其作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果477例中頸靜脈球高位的出現(xiàn)率右側(cè)為40.67%(194例),左側(cè)為21.38%(102例);女性
2、出現(xiàn)率為35.37%,男性28.75%,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。巖尖氣化I型與III型頸靜脈球高位的發(fā)生率分別為31.25%及30.58%,乳突氣化型與其它型頸靜脈球高位的出現(xiàn)率分別為31.64%及29.02%,差別均不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論頸靜脈球高位的發(fā)生率在兩側(cè)及性別間存在差異;顳骨氣化與頸靜脈球高位沒有相關(guān)性。關(guān)鍵詞:顳骨;氣化;體層攝影術(shù),X線計(jì)算機(jī);頸靜脈球高位中圖分類號(hào):R651.1;R814.42;R543.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-1671(2007)05-0594-04CTAnalysisoftheCorr
