4、erodedCT（HRCT）表現：與腦組織比較，頸靜脈DepartmentofRadiology,BeijingTongrenintothefloorofthehypotympanumin7cases孔區(qū)軟組織腫塊呈等密度，周圍的骨質呈Hospital,CapitalMedicalUniversity,Beijingwithossiclesdestructionin2cases,andintothe蟲蝕樣或不規(guī)則破壞，其中7例鼓室下壁100730,Chinainternalandexternalauditorymeatusin2cases.

5、骨質破壞，腫塊進入下鼓室并有2例聽小Bonedestructionoccurredinthehorizontal骨破壞，2例侵犯內耳道和外耳道，4例頸通訊作者：陳光利動脈管骨質破壞，5例巖尖骨質破壞，6例segmentofthecarotidcanalin4cases,andinCorrespondingauthor:Guang-liCHEN斜坡骨質破壞。MRI表現：頸靜脈孔區(qū)軟組thepetrousapexin5cases,andintheclivusinE-mail:wang_zhengyu@yahoo.cn織腫塊，邊緣清楚。全部11例

6、中，與腦灰6cases.OnMRI,awell-definedsofttissuewas質比較，MRTWI呈低信號3例，等信號8例，seenintheforamenjugulare.Ofthe11cases,1TWI均為高信號，增強TWI呈明顯不均勻強onMRTWI,tumorappearedhypointensesig-211化，9例(82%)在TWI和增強TWI上可顯示nalcomparewithgraymatterin3casesand21“鹽和胡椒”征。6例小腦受壓，3例延髓、isointensesignalin8cases.OnM

7、RTWI,tu-2小腦同時受壓。MRA表現：未見明顯異常morsrevealedhyperintensesignalinallcases.改變。MRV表現：2例乙狀竇及頸內靜脈受OnMRcontrast-enhancedTWI,tumorsap-1壓。結論聯合使用CT和MRI兩種檢查方法pearedmarkedenhancement.TWIand2能夠為頸靜脈球瘤的診斷和治療提供更多postcontrastTWIdemonstrated‘salt-and-pep-1信息。per’appearancein9cases(82%).Cerebel
