2、合挖掘力限制條件;利用阻力角和差值角的主值區(qū)間確定復(fù)合挖掘力方向角的取值范圍;假設(shè)給定挖掘姿態(tài)下復(fù)合挖掘力大小隨方向角漸變,建立復(fù)合挖掘力計(jì)算模型.以某36t反鏟液壓挖掘機(jī)為例,驗(yàn)證了該假設(shè)的正確性.以真實(shí)挖掘軌跡和測(cè)試挖掘阻力為基準(zhǔn),對(duì)比現(xiàn)有理論挖掘力模型和復(fù)合挖掘力模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果,結(jié)果表明后者能夠更準(zhǔn)確地估算挖掘機(jī)的復(fù)合挖掘能力.該研究為挖掘機(jī)工作裝置的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和強(qiáng)度分析提供了評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和計(jì)算依據(jù).關(guān)鍵詞:液壓挖掘機(jī);理論挖掘力;復(fù)合挖掘力;阻力特性;方向角;挖掘能力中圖分類號(hào):TU621文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1005-3026(2015)07-1015-05Modelingoft
