1、大孔吸附樹脂純化刺玫果總黃酮工藝研究論文摘要刺玫果學名野薔薇,又名野刺玫果,山刺玫果,系薔薇科薔薇屬植物山刺玫的成熟果實。廣泛分布于我國的東北地區(qū),尤以黑龍江省貯量最為豐富?,F(xiàn)代藥理學研究表明:刺玫果含有豐富的營養(yǎng)成分及生物活性物質(zhì),具有健脾理氣、養(yǎng)血調(diào)經(jīng)、抗衰老、防治心血管疾病、增強免疫及促智等功效。刺玫果中所含的總黃酮類物質(zhì)具有預防和治療高血脂、血栓所致的心腦血管疾病的功效,且具有高效、低毒副作用的優(yōu)勢。因此純化刺玫果中的總黃酮就具有現(xiàn)實的科研意義。目前,常見的總黃酮純化方法有水提醇沉法(水醇
2、法)、醇提水沉法(醇水法)、酸堿法、鹽析法、離子交換法和結(jié)晶法等。實踐表明,這些方法也存在一定的局限性。近年出現(xiàn)了一些分離和純化的新方法,如絮凝沉淀法,大孔樹脂吸附法、超濾法、高速離心法等。本論文采用大孔樹脂法純化刺玫果提取物中的總黃酮。探索洗脫劑、pH值、上樣濃度等因素對純化過程的影響。采用紫外分光光度計法對總黃酮含量進行了分析,最終確定了洗脫劑的濃度75%、上樣PH為5,上樣濃度為原液濃度,吸附速率為2Bv/h,洗脫速率為1Bv/h。該純化方法簡單,快捷,純化效率高,進一步拓展了刺玫果的應用領
