1、中文摘要目的探討早期應(yīng)用N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetylcysteine,NAC)對實驗性大鼠重癥急性胰腺炎(severeacutepancreatitis,SAP)腸黏膜屏障的作用。方法采用大鼠兩次腹腔內(nèi)注射大量L?精氨酸(L-Arginine)溶液誘導(dǎo)大鼠SAP模型。48只Wistar大鼠隨機分為4組:正常組(A).急性胰腺炎組(B)、生理鹽水對照組(C)、NAC處理組(D),每組12只。NAC處理組于造模前l(fā)h腹腔內(nèi)注射10%NAC溶液,劑量為300mgAcg;生理鹽水對照組則于造模前l(fā)h腹腔內(nèi)注
2、射生理鹽水,劑量為300mg/kg。各組大鼠在造模成功后于24h和48h分批處死,每組每批處死6只。觀察血清淀粉酶、白介素一6(IL-6)和乳酸(LD)水平,血漿內(nèi)毒素水平,小腸黏膜勻漿的丙二醛(MDA)水平,胰腺和腸黏膜病理學(xué)變化。結(jié)果與A組比,B組的血清淀粉酶和IL4水平明顯升高,有顯著差異;胰腺組織浸潤、水腫.出血、壞死明顯,小腸黏膜組織水腫.絨毛脫落明顯。與B組和C組比,D組胰腺組織的岀血.壞死程度減輕;小腸黏膜水腫.絨毛脫落程度減輕;血清淀粉酶、IL?6和內(nèi)毒素水平以及小腸黏膜組織的MDA水平有
