3、allaw一、國際法的概念Definition是調整國際法主體間、主要是國家間關系的、有法律拘束力的原則、規(guī)則和制度的總體。Contemporaryinternationallawisthelawwhichnotonlygovernstheconductofstatesbutthatofinternationalorganizations,somekindsofpoliticalentitiessuchasthenationsstrugglingfortheirindependenceandwiththeirrelations.In
