1、注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙兒童眼動(dòng)抑制缺陷對(duì)照探究【摘要】目的：探討注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙(AttentionDeficitHyperactivityDisorder,ADHD)兒童在抑制性眼動(dòng)任務(wù)中的反應(yīng)特征。方法:采用注視、主動(dòng)眼動(dòng)及反向眼動(dòng)任務(wù)對(duì)21例ADHD兒童和21例正常對(duì)照兒童進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果：(1)注視任務(wù)中,ADHD組侵入性眼跳數(shù)目高于對(duì)照組［無(wú)分心條件:(12.67±12.28)vs.(6.38±6.95),P=0.040；分心條件：(16.91±10,00)vs.(11.29±5.99),P-0.030］；(2)主動(dòng)眼動(dòng)任務(wù)中，兩組兒童眼跳參數(shù)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；(3)反向眼動(dòng)任務(wù)中，A
