1、調(diào)任通督針?lè)ㄖ委熥渲泻笫叩呐R床效果［摘要］目的探討調(diào)任通督法治療卒中后失眠的臨床效果。方法研究對(duì)象來(lái)源于2014年7月?2015年10月深圳市中醫(yī)院住院部符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的卒中后失眠患者，共120例。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為調(diào)任通督針刺組（治療組）、常規(guī)針刺組（對(duì)照組A）和西藥組（對(duì)照組B）,每組各40例。在常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)治療的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組以百會(huì)、神庭、關(guān)元、氣海、神門、三陰交為主穴進(jìn)行針刺，對(duì)照組A予以常規(guī)神門、三陰交、四神聰針刺治療，兩組均每天治療1次，每次留針30min；對(duì)照組B每晚口服艾司呼侖1mg,總療程為4周。比較治療前后、療程結(jié)束后1、
2、3個(gè)月患者睡眠質(zhì)量、負(fù)性情緒、不良反應(yīng)情況及治療效果。結(jié)果治療后，三組匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)問(wèn)卷（PSQI）、激惹、抑郁和焦慮自評(píng)量表（IDA）評(píng)分均較治療前降低，差異有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。結(jié)論通任調(diào)督針?lè)ㄗ鳛橐环N不良反應(yīng)少、效優(yōu)的中醫(yī)特色治療，能夠更大程度地改善腦卒中失眠患者睡眠質(zhì)量、抑郁、焦慮、激惹狀態(tài)，提升生存質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)病情恢復(fù)。［關(guān)鍵詞］調(diào)任通督針?lè)?；針灸；腦卒中；失眠.Abstract］ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectsoftechniquesofneedlinginRenandDumeridi
