1、穩(wěn)心顆粒治療缺血性心律失常的效果觀察穩(wěn)心顆粒治療缺血性心律失常的效果觀察【摘要】目的探討觀察穩(wěn)心顆粒治療54例缺血性心律失常的臨床效果，總結(jié)其臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取自我院自2011年1月~2011年7月收治的缺血性心律失常病患54例，隨機(jī)將其分為觀察組27例和對(duì)照組27例，觀察組使用常規(guī)加穩(wěn)心顆粒治療，對(duì)照組使用常規(guī)性治療加胺碘酮治療，分別觀察兩組病例的治療效果并做出相關(guān)的探討與分析。結(jié)果對(duì)觀察組使用穩(wěn)心顆粒后其病患的室性早搏、房性早搏、交界性早搏次數(shù)明顯降低，且室性期前收縮、房性期前收縮、交界性前收縮次數(shù)明顯

2、減少，觀察組顯效為13例，有效為12例，無效為2例，其中有1例病患出現(xiàn)輕微的頭暈、惡心、口干的癥狀,對(duì)照組中顯效為10例，有效為11例，無效為6例，有3例病患出現(xiàn)甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)或減退的癥狀；兩組的差異顯著(P〈0.05),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論使用穩(wěn)心顆粒治療缺血性心律失常其效果明顯，副作用小，并發(fā)癥減少，并具有很高的療效，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。【關(guān)鍵詞】心律失常缺血性心律失常穩(wěn)心顆粒臨床效果中圖分類號(hào):R541.7文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:B文章編號(hào):1005-0515(2011)11-033-02Wenxinkelitreat
