1、畢業(yè)論文（20__屆）海通證券融資融券業(yè)務(wù)問題研究摘要融資融券是世界股票市場普遍運用的交易方式之一，美國、日本、韓國、西歐等比較成熟的證券市場都準許股票信用交易。根據(jù)這些國家長期發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗得出，融資融券業(yè)務(wù)的開展對證券業(yè)的長期發(fā)展起到了積極的作用。對我國證券市場而言，融資融券業(yè)務(wù)是一項新的業(yè)務(wù)，開啟了我國證券市場的新天地。在全國的重視與關(guān)注下，2010年3月19日，中國證券業(yè)監(jiān)督委員會公布了融資融券首批試點券商名單，海通證券緊緊把握這一重要機遇，獲準成為首批6家試點券商之一。然而，融資融券業(yè)務(wù)的開展對于海通證券是機遇，更是挑戰(zhàn)。面對激烈的市場競爭

2、，認清融資融資開展的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)開展中存在的問題、尋求相應的解決對策，就成了海通證券當前迫切需要考慮的重點。本文通過對融資融券業(yè)務(wù)全面的理解，具體結(jié)合海通證券融資融券業(yè)務(wù)的開展現(xiàn)狀，運用實證研究的方法分析融資融券業(yè)務(wù)在海通證券開展中存在的問題，從而提出海通證券融資融券業(yè)務(wù)問題的解決對策。關(guān)鍵詞：證券市場；海通證券；融資融券AbstractMarginistheworld'sstockmarketisonecommonlyusedwaytotrade;theUnitedStates,Japan,KoreaandWesternEuropearemo
