1、臺(tái)中縣新移民女性學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)之研究-以其學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)與學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度探討之吳芳茜李麗日本研究旨在探討臺(tái)中縣新移民女性之學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)與學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,硏究對(duì)象為臺(tái)中縣山線社區(qū)大學(xué)新移民識(shí)字學(xué)習(xí)班之成員。研究採質(zhì)性研究中的深度訪談及參與觀察法,透過舲聽、對(duì)談與互動(dòng),深入探索新移民女性之學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),並進(jìn)行詮釋分析。本研究目的在探討:—、希望從與臺(tái)中縣新移民女性實(shí)際接觸、長期互動(dòng)的過程中,了解其受何對(duì)象、場(chǎng)域或事件影響而引發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。二、擬透過深度訪談、參與觀察等方式,探討臺(tái)中縣新移民女性在認(rèn)知、行為與情意上之學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。三、盼經(jīng)由臺(tái)中縣新移民學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)與態(tài)度之探索與闡述,提供未來
2、中區(qū)官方及社教機(jī)構(gòu)辦理課程之參考。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的結(jié)論如下:—、引發(fā)臺(tái)中縣新移民女性學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的因素有:成就感會(huì)增強(qiáng)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)可助其拓展人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)、企圖改變現(xiàn)況以及對(duì)課程與教師的認(rèn)同。二、臺(tái)中縣新移民女性的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,可從她們對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)知、外顯的學(xué)習(xí)行為傾向以及對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)抱持的情感三方面綜合表述。最後,研究者依據(jù)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)與結(jié)論提出研究建議,以供各界參考。關(guān)鍵字:新移民女性、學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度AstudyonthelearningexperienceofnewfemaleimmigrantsinTaichungCounty-inaspectsofmo
