1、這些年來，中國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢愈發(fā)迅猛，?互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融也應運而牛，并且逐漸成為一種嶄新的經(jīng)濟形態(tài)。中國政府審時度勢，提出了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的概念。李克強總理在政府工作報告屮指出要不斷促進屮國合理性金融的健康平穩(wěn)發(fā)展，不斷監(jiān)測跨境資本的流向，堅決不能突破區(qū)域性金融危機和系統(tǒng)性金融危機的底線，激活互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融，使其更加有益于中國的步履維艱的中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。目前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融迎面而來，金融業(yè)的種種問題和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)的種種問題將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融所面臨的危機不斷放大，迫在眉睫，這就客觀上對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的管理加大了耍求。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融迅速發(fā)展的時候，各種風險也不可小覷，如系統(tǒng)風險，管理風險以及技術風險，任何一種風險的產(chǎn)生對于金
2、融體系都是不小的威脅和損害。作為世界上的頭號經(jīng)濟強國，美國對于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的管理、研究、推進都是領先的。所以，對美國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融進行深入、系統(tǒng)的研究對丁我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展顯然是有很大幫助的，無論是理論意義還是實踐價值。簡言Z,筆者是從中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的現(xiàn)狀作為切入點，和美國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管方面的特點、優(yōu)點進行對比分析，對中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融所面臨的危險予以展示，期冀本文對中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的管理和發(fā)展有所助益，或者有所啟示。關鍵詞：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融，風險，美國監(jiān)管政策AbstractInrecentyears,China'sInternetpresentsarapiddevelopmentalmomentum,in
