1、電針穴位治療急性腎絞痛的效果觀察【摘要】目的：探討能方便快捷地緩解急性腎絞痛的臨床治療方案。方法：隨機(jī)將筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的50例腎絞痛患者分為觀察組27例和對(duì)照組23例，分別采用電針穴位治療和單純藥物治療，觀察比較兩組患者的平均疼痛緩解時(shí)間及停止時(shí)間、臨床療效，并采用線性冋歸分析電針刺激時(shí)間和留針時(shí)間対疼痛緩解時(shí)間和停止時(shí)間的影響。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的平均疼痛緩解時(shí)間及停止時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組，差異均冇統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)o觀察組的治療總有效率92.59%明顯高于對(duì)照組的60.87%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〈0?05)。線性回歸分析結(jié)果表明，患者的治療時(shí)間和起
