1、法舒地爾治療冠心病心力衰竭臨床療效觀察［摘要］目的觀察鹽酸法舒地爾對冠心病心力衰竭的臨床療效。方法將93例冠心病心力衰竭患者隨機分成兩組,對照組46例給予常規(guī)治療，治療組47例在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用鹽酸法舒地爾。兩組在治療前及治療后3個月末進行彩色多普勒超聲心動圖檢查，獲得左心室收縮末容量指數(shù)和舒張末容量指數(shù)及左心室射血分數(shù)、左心室體質(zhì)量指數(shù)，治療過程中觀察并記錄患者癥狀、體征、心率、血壓及不良反應(yīng)，治療前后常規(guī)測定血脂、腎功能、肝功能、尿酸、電解質(zhì)、血糖等各項生化指標的變化。結(jié)果鹽酸法舒地爾治療冠心病心力衰竭臨床效果明顯，臨床癥
