2、寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué),遼寧阜新123000;2.交通運(yùn)輸部公路科學(xué)研究院,北京100088)摘要:針對(duì)客車側(cè)翻碰撞過程中其動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)獲取難、不夠穩(wěn)定等問題,以某6756型客車為對(duì)象,建立了客車整車有限元模型和側(cè)翻碰撞數(shù)值模擬環(huán)境。在LS—DYNA環(huán)境下,依據(jù)ECER66法規(guī),進(jìn)行了客車整車右側(cè)翻碰撞過程動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)值仿真分析。分別對(duì)側(cè)翻碰撞過程中系統(tǒng)能量耗散、主要結(jié)構(gòu)吸能效果和上部結(jié)構(gòu)變形規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析。將仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)車試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了客車整車側(cè)翻碰撞有限元分析評(píng)估的有效性。研究結(jié)果表明:該客車右側(cè)圍、頂蓋和左側(cè)
