2、,誘導(dǎo)愈傷組織發(fā)牛并再生植株?!窘Y(jié)果】葉柄切段不同接種方式及不同切割長度均對愈傷組織誘導(dǎo)及芽分化產(chǎn)生影響。將白魔芋組培苗葉柄切段以正插和平放方式接種于誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)基,其愈傷組織誘導(dǎo)率顯著高于倒插處理,分別為85.0%和73.3%;正插外植體的愈傷組織分化率與分化芽數(shù)均顯著高于其他2種方式。以6mm長的葉柄切段正插入培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng),可獲得相對較高的愈傷組織誘導(dǎo)率和芽分化率,白魔芋和花魔芋的愈傷組織誘導(dǎo)率分別達(dá)到79.2%和59.2%,芽分化率分別為29.5%和21.8%?!窘Y(jié)論】當(dāng)魔芋外植體正插或長6mm時,愈傷組織誘導(dǎo)率和芽分
