3、ains,andalongcarboxy-terminalcyto-butthemutantproteinwithonlythethirdtransmem-plasmicdomain.WeshowthatE1expressedfrombranedomainwastransportedtothecellsurface.ThisDownloadedfromcDNAistargetedtotheGolgiregion,asitisinin-resultsuggeststhatinformationspecifyingaccumula-
4、fectedcells.E1proteinswithprecisedeletionsofthetionintheGolgiregionresidesinthefirsttransmem-firstandsecondorthesecondandthirdmembrane-branedomain,andprovidesthefirstexampleofanin-spanningdomainswereglycosylated,thussuggestingtracellularmembraneproteinthatistransport
