2、onavogliaAbstract.Fouroutbreaksofbovinerespiratorydisease(BRD)associatedwithbovinecoronavirus(BCoV)infectioninItaliancattleherdswerereported.In3outbreaks,BRDwasobservedonlyin2–3-month-oldfeedlotcalves,whereasintheremainingoutbreak,lactatingcows,heifers,andcalvesweresimultaneouslyaffecte
3、d.Byusingreversetranscriptionpolymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR),BCoVRNAwasdetectedinalloutbreakswithoutevidenceofconcurrentviralpathogens(i.e.,bovinerespiratorysyncytialvirus,bovineherpesvirustype1,bovineviraldiarrheavirus,bovineparainfluenzavirus).Commonbacteriaofcattlewererecoveredonlyfr
