1、·2354·生!!旦筮!鲞箍塑NatlMedJChina，September7，2010。Vo1．90。N0．33·臨床研究．胎兒先天性心臟病產(chǎn)前超聲篩查模式的比較侯東敏秦平周保利崔樹起【摘要】目的探討二維超聲及彩色多普勒超聲采用胎JLI~I腔心切面、心室流出道切面及彩色多普勒超聲心動(dòng)圖3種篩查方法在發(fā)現(xiàn)和診斷胎兒先心病中的作用及意義，尋找超聲篩查先心病的適宜方法。方法采用流行病學(xué)篩檢試驗(yàn)的方法回顧分析自2006年1月至2007年12月在北京婦產(chǎn)醫(yī)院就診的具有先心病高危因素的所有孕婦及胎兒產(chǎn)前超聲檢查結(jié)果，收集符合研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例的四腔心切面、流出道切面(四腔心切面+左室流出道切面)及彩色多
2、普勒超聲心動(dòng)圖3種篩查方法的檢查結(jié)果，分析3種檢查方法陽性結(jié)果的圖像特點(diǎn)，以胎兒心臟病理診斷或生后新生兒超聲心動(dòng)圖診斷為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，評價(jià)以上3種方法的診斷符合率。結(jié)果符合研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例1310例，共篩查胎兒心臟異常52例。四腔心切面、流出道切面、彩色多普勒超聲心動(dòng)圖篩查的敏感度為：61．5％、88．5％、96．1％。結(jié)論超聲四腔心切面、流出道切面、彩色多普勒超聲心動(dòng)圖掃查在各類胎兒常見先心病產(chǎn)前篩查與診斷中起重要作用；流出道切面篩查先心病的準(zhǔn)確性相對較高，操作簡便，易于掌握，建議推薦為胎兒先心病篩查的適宜方法?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】產(chǎn)前超聲診斷；心臟病；胎兒Evaluationofd擒rentultras
