2、細(xì)胞凋亡率和細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性氧(ROS)的含量。結(jié)果HepG2細(xì)胞經(jīng)不同濃度(100,150,200,250,300ttg.rnL)的地榆正丁醇萃取層作用48h,細(xì)胞增殖明顯受到抑制,其IC5為222.87g·mL一。不同濃度(200,400,600gg.mL)的地榆正丁醇萃取層作用于HepG2細(xì)胞48h后,細(xì)胞的凋亡率和細(xì)胞內(nèi)ROS的含量均明顯高于空白組(尸<().05),且隨著地榆正丁醇萃取層濃度的增加,HepG2細(xì)胞的凋亡率和細(xì)胞內(nèi)ROS的含量也逐漸升高。結(jié)論地榆正丁醇萃取層可以濃度依賴性方式抑制人肝癌細(xì)胞株He
