1、振動(dòng)與沖擊第33卷第12期JOURNALOFVIBRATIONANDSHOCKVo1.33No.122014基于變尺度法的進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)辨識(shí)方法研究吳子英,劉宏昭,王勝,劉麗蘭,姚美倩(西安理工大學(xué)機(jī)械與精密儀器工程學(xué)院,西安710048)摘要:機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)建模與振動(dòng)控制有著重要的影響,準(zhǔn)確有效地諛勇0出系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)具有重要意義。進(jìn)給工作臺(tái)的臨界爬行速度含有豐富的特征信息,本文提出了基于工作臺(tái)臨界爬行速度和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的函數(shù)關(guān)系,采用BFGS變尺度法優(yōu)化法來識(shí)別結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的新方法。推導(dǎo)出了工作臺(tái)臨界爬行速度和進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的函數(shù)關(guān)系,建立了關(guān)于進(jìn)給
2、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的誤差函數(shù)。通過對(duì)直聯(lián)式進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)的數(shù)值仿真,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性及準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)合某重型數(shù)控車床的橫向進(jìn)給系統(tǒng),利用Renishaw測試系統(tǒng)得到了工作臺(tái)的臨界爬行速度數(shù)據(jù),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)該進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的辨識(shí),證明了所提方法簡單易行,具有較高的精度。為進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)辨識(shí)和優(yōu)化提供了理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)參考。關(guān)鍵詞:進(jìn)給系統(tǒng);結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)辨識(shí);變尺度法;數(shù)值仿真;實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證中圖分類號(hào):TH113;TH122文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ADOI:10.13465/j.cnki.jVS.2014.12.010Structuralparametricidentificationmethodofa
