2、雛番鴨。目前,市場(chǎng)銷售的對(duì)此病進(jìn)行免疫和治療的抗小鵝瘟血清存在產(chǎn)量低、成本高,且容易導(dǎo)致某些鵝源疫病的傳播的缺點(diǎn)。筆者采用從貴州銅仁市等地的養(yǎng)鵝場(chǎng)采集的病鵝分離出的小鵝瘟野生強(qiáng)毒株接種于9日齡的鵝胚尿囊液制備了小鵝瘟病毒抗原,并用小鵝瘟病毒抗原加弗氏佐劑后,分多次皮下注射結(jié)合靜脈注射小鵝瘟病毒抗原免疫貴州黑、白山羊。頸動(dòng)脈一次性放血制備抗小鵝瘟異源高免血清,用瓊脂擴(kuò)散進(jìn)行效價(jià)的測(cè)定,結(jié)果顯示其抗體效價(jià)平均都在1∶8以上。將制備的血清與市售的抗小鵝瘟進(jìn)行了對(duì)比試驗(yàn),結(jié)果市售的抗小鵝瘟血清的保護(hù)率為85%,山羊抗小鵝瘟高免血清的保護(hù)率為9
