2、SHG-44神經(jīng)球，將其分為對照組和順鉑組，對照組細(xì)胞給予干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)液，順鉑組細(xì)胞在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予10mg·L順鉑作用24、48和72h后，MTT法檢測SHG-44神經(jīng)球生長抑制率；倒置顯微鏡觀察2組細(xì)胞凋亡情況；ELISA法檢測2組SHG-44神經(jīng)球分泌Bax、Bcl一2和caspase3蛋白水平。結(jié)果：與對照組比較，10mg·L順鉑作用SHG一44神經(jīng)球24、48和72h時(shí)的細(xì)胞生長抑制率均明顯升高(P<0．01)。倒置顯微鏡下，順鉑組神經(jīng)球數(shù)量明顯減少，并可見到明顯的凋亡小體。與對照組比較，10mg·L_。順鉑作用SHG-44神經(jīng)球72h，培養(yǎng)上清中Bax和Bcl一2分泌量均降
